I am not Dr. Jeff, but I have to say that you MUST drink water, good clean water that is...the milk, sodas and iced tea are doing nothing but hurting you more. Your body needs water and it may be hard at first, but it will get easier and your body will thank you. I am a toxic mold survivor as well so I can tell you firsthand that water is key.
