After doing about 2 liver flushes, I get a cramping sensation behind my right rib cage and under the right breast area. Is my gallbladder sore.......what is causing this type of discomfort?

I started doing flushes because I was experiencing acid reflux, bloating etc....I wish I never started these flushes because now I have this annoying discomfort. I cant tell whether something got stuck or if it is irritation from pebble stones passing.

Has anyone else got this cramping sensation ?
