I have had 3 successful flushes and have not fasted for them. I just eat a slightly lighter dinner the night of the flush. About an hour before I drink 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts , wait about an hour and drink the olive oil with a lemon juice and water chaser. It's easy and it works. If you feel nausea, try drinking ginger tea.
