Really good to know info; thanks for posting it.

So basically, it sounds like it's a good idea to avoid anything "diet" or "lite" and anything containing Sugar substitutes.

If we ate the way we're intended to, we wouldn't be eating any of these packaged / artificial foods anyway. However, in the real world, few of us entirely avoid them. So it's really good to have this info!
