BTW plantain leaf (both types), comfrey leaf, lemon balm leaf, self-heal flower heads(Prunella vulgaris), mashed up in a stone mortar and kneeded with unprocessed Shea butter from Mountain Rose. Refrigerate. Works great on infected toe nail and cracked heel. If Richard Dwakins cares to cut off his head, I'll be happy to test it on the resulting wound, to see if it becomes infected or not!
