Many of us usually go about our regular business while fasting. Yes, it may not be easy, but what are your options? Fasting is the most effective option you have. Three day fasts aren't going to cut it and they are probably giving you a bad impression of fasting. You need to get further into the fast for things to smooth out. Three days and your just barely getting into full Ketosis.
