I love you All, you are awesome, you all inspire me so much, and give me the strength and courage to continue on this journey. Thank you for caring about me so much:)

I'm back on the wagon- well, I just fell off that night really..(that one can of mushroom soup!). Back to juices and some raw foods, and herbs, bowel cleanse, CE's and the routines. Back to 'normal'.:)

I just wish it was easier sometimes. I AM learning SO MUCH, don't get me wrong. I have learned so much about myself throughout this entire process. I'm becoming a nicer, more patient person too- maybe not with myself yet, mind you!

But slowly. I just want to 'push through' everything, you know? I realize over and over again that I can't 'push' health and well being. By all means, I have to Earn it.

I'm going back to my basics, as I was suggested, and trying to get all those in along with everything else. Very important indeed!
