Got to - it's the only way I can think of to have any hope of getting any actual nutrition out of the air!  The more you breathe, the more airborne micro-organisms and a stray gnat or two.

But wait, wouldn't that rule out vegetarianism?  No, I suppose not - anybody that eats veggies can't help but get a few critters along the way.  I guess so long as you don't put them under a magnifying glass where you can see their faces . . .
