so pain has been there all night pretty much and after waking up i noticed it was just about as painful as yesterday night, however it migrated to mostly the LEFT side as opposed to the right side...

a few hours after waking up pain lessened much... now i have more motility and less pain... it feels less stiff.

Also worth noting that i had night sweats last night, something i didn't have since my severe hypoglycemia got better about a year ago....

I also have muscle spasms at night... i guess i might be becoming Mg deficient as i stopped it after figuring out i was feeding lyme bugs... (waiting for Mag malate to get here) however i really wonder whats worse L feeding lyme bugs with Magnesium and getting a part of it myself, or being magnesium deficient...

does anybody know if transdermal magnesium feeds those critters too?
