I found it on Amazon for really cheap, and will buy it. I re-read thru all the postings, and I think I can handle it. I am going to go buy some organic green apples today and start juicing today. I havent used my juicer in a while - it could use a good workout! I will do the OO/GF mixture on Friday evening then. Again, you said the amount of juice is minimal. Would you do like 4 oz or 8 oz like three times a day? More/less? I am not going to fast, but will eat healthily. Very little meat, lots of veggies, etc. Thanks for responding so quickly last time, please let me know specifics about quantities. I appreciate it!
