Hi,
I think you did not drink enough liquid therefore your bowel became dry as your body starts absorbing moisture from your poop when it dehydrated.

Have you tried using Digestive enzyme? My friend introduced me about a month ago and It works like a charm!!! Now i have at least 2 times of bowel movement a day and every time I did it, I did it with PLEASURE... :)
