you need to talk to your doctor about a more comprehensive program. Cortef can be used as last resort for a short period of time. it is not absolutely necessary that you are off the glandular first, and it really highly dependent on each person. some people need it to be on board along with the steriod, while others get more sick. your situation is not complicated.
