Thanks for the detailed account of what is going on. Even if I am a few days late.

I had NO idea that coumadin was in Cinnamon. What the jerk for?

I'm guessing buying cinn. sticks in the whole form would be okay? Buy cinnamon from health food store?

Thanks for letting us mere mortals know what's in the cinnamon.
