Hi Jordan, thanks for posting the link which I followed up, only to be very disappointed to see that eggs are part of the initial diet. Many people with intolerances, including myself cannot eat eggs, or egg whites. Egg intolerances or allergies are not rare, they are quite common.
I am not criticising your method, it might work for some people. I have spent hours looking at many of the 'elimination' diets and so far they all, without exception contain foods that are known allergens to some people, ie: nuts and grains. I just do not get it. Its almost as if someone has not done their homework or research.
Anyway, again thanks for sharing, but I think I will stick to my own devised diet of rice,chicken, kefir and lightly steamed veg, plus loads of supplements. Its damn boring but I'd rather be bored than ill.
