If no capsules available, you can put powder form into a piece of bread and follow with glass of water... and if you no pussycat (lol) just put one quart teaspoon in glass of water and stir (if not enough, take another 1/4 t shot). Pain goes off instantly and no harm at all expected from the well tolerated internal heat, to the contrary: ONLY BENEFITS!
