A 5 day fast in NOT enough. She may need 20-30 days...or more. It depends on many factors, but the body doesn't immediately heal the one thing you want it to. And healing takes TIME.

try starting a fast just after you get a nasty cut. the cut will still take a week or two to heal. IT just takes time.

Postpone the doctors visit and have her fast another couple of weeks. Then see where she is at.

I think we all know that fasting can fix it, it's just a matter of how much. I've fasted for hundreds of days total over a period of several years and I'm still getting rid of problems.
