Hi sunshine,


Currently, I'm on my 6th day of fasting and I feel fabulous, very light and absolutely hunger free. This was my second attempt. First time I failed on the 3rd day, the hunger was just unbearable. I believe, water intake made a major difference.The first time I was drinking plenty, whether I needed, wanted or not, this time I drink only if I feel like, without any pressure that I would dehydrate otherwise.
