Hi,
No I've never really been a big drinker...I did have a little bit of Acne but not severe. I'm just not sure what's going on...but I sure hope all of this testing I'm doing with my dr. will help answer some of these questions. I keep saying I feel better eating carbs ...like rice and quinoa and my tongue gets a lot less white when eating those..and more white with protein and nuts. ...I'm not quite sure what that means.
