Hello there !
I am still new in Water Fasting ,too. Just started this year.
So far I have completed total of 4 fasts - 12-12-16-21 days ...just started refeeding after the last one. Great experience , wish you the same !
You are correct , this is a great site with super knowledgeble supporters. Luckly,you got Chris to answer already, LOL. You want to remeber his name and check all his posts - very friendly advise from me. There are few more you need to know if you stick with fasting
