Look weirdly enough that happened to me when I fasted once - it was mega odd as I fasted for 7 days and stayed the same weight.

However, my face looked thinner and the inches came off.

My advice is get a tape measure and measure yourself - you will still lose weight even though it may not register on the scales - your body knows what it is doing just go with it and hide your scales for a while xxx
