Hey I was finishing listening to that audio and notice he says the UCC-1 form makes you sovereign. And then at the 101:50 mark he says filing the section 1 documents makes you a secured party creditor. You don't have to have the the surties to do your bonds to be the SPC. I was thinking about doing that before I heard him say that. The bonds only allow you to pay off your debts, which is nice. But being a SPC allows you to have a lot more standing in court and other legal matters. So I'm going to get those documents filed and then worry about the bonds later. And filing the bonds don't cost very much. It's filing at the courthouse that costs so much.
