I wouldn't consume honey in any form, but certainly not diluted with water. Once honey is at all diluted it seems to lose all its antifungal qualities, and the Sugar it contains feeds Candida. Even if you eat pure honey, I would expect it will get diluted in the stomach and bowel anyway. I can't say 100% that honey doesn't help fight Candida, just that I don't understand how it can help.
