Not only dellusional, but outright lying. DO the math.

Where are all these people schultze cured? Wait, if only ten percent made it through the program, and some of those died (he says this in his video, that sometimes his program just made death less painful) then how many people really got well?

5 percent of how many individuals did he attempt to treat?

Where is the g'damn miracle that I am failing to see here?
