Hi. So, I didn't do enough research before trying the salt water flush & I need some help.
I haven't tried the Master-Cleanse yet, I just wanted to try to clean out my system before hand.

I wanted to have a few hours where my baby & toddler were asleep so I knew the night would be easier than the morning so I did it at night- and yes, I had eaten normal meals throughout the day

So, I used the right kind of salt/ correct ratio, just on a full stomach. It was not really painful, but definitely not comfortable either. No big urge/ eliminations and MAJOR bloating. This was last night and still- MAJORLY bloated.

I think I need to get some lax tea and try again, but now I'm just afraid that my body took in all that sodium. How long should I wait to try again (& this time I'll take the tea at night and do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning)???

Any help, suggestions, thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
