Many of you cannot leave and my heart is so heavy.

I have prayed for you in seeking ways to stay strong at best, and in the least, to survive the onslaught of the air you breathe.

Fill your homes with plants.

I recall spending an afternoon a few years ago with a new-found friend. She did not keep her house very clean nor picked up (neither do I) and keeps many animals.

She does, however, have a window-filled room where she had many many plants. It was like an oasis! The air in her home was amazingly easy to breathe and I was impressed at how clean the air smelled in her home.

She said she wasn't great at keeping her house clean, but she was very good to her plants because they aided her so much.

Believe it.
