Water,

I appreciate your help very much!

I understand the importance of cleansing the elimination organs in general and particularly for my skin infection. I am/will be doing thorough cleansing. I am not putting the " Antibiotic approach" above the "cleansing approach". I am just mentioning/asking so many questions about the Antibiotic side of the treatment, because that's where I still lack crucial knowledge. I have lately not been mentioning the "cleansing side of the treatment" a lot, because, I have more knowledge in that area and basically know what and how I have to do it. I see the cleansing equally important as the herbal Antibiotics + essential oils approach.

Ok, just to make sure that I get the cleansing part right. This is what I am doing/will be doing, having learned about it from Uny + forum (Of course it would be ideal to do as many parts of the IP as possible, but let me list the core things):

- Colon Cleansing
*IF1
*IF2
*High enemas#
*Maybe colon herbs? - Slippery elm, Aloe Vera,...?
*Do these things for several months for a thorough cleanse

- Liver Cleansing
*Big Liver Flushes in 2-3 week intervals until no more
stones
* Liver herbs (Liver tincture, Milk thistle, others)
* 1 Coffe enema per day

- Kidney Cleansing
*Schulze-5-day-cleanse (probably repeat many times?)
* kidney stone dissolve flush
*Other liver herbs?

Ok, these seem to be the "core cleanses". Any additions, suggestions, alterations?

And if Uny reads this, I have to admit, that although I have had the knowledge about these core cleanses for a long time now, I have not done them as consistently as I and probably Uny would have liked me to do them. - And I feel bad about it, because I know exactly how crucial they are. Why haven't I done them properly yet? - I have been doing all sorts of other important health stuff (like Rolfing, working on my thyroid, improving my TMJ)

But now it's really time to get serious with the cleanses and thank you, water for emphasizing their importance.

To be specific:
- I am consistent with the liver flushes
- I have been doing daily Coffe enemas for many months
- I have only done 2 kidney cleanses
- I have done close to no colon cleansing. On top of my priority list is to learn to make IF2 myself, so I can always have enough to go on a months long colon clenase
- I have done no kidney stone dissolve flush
- But as I mentioned I have done A LOT of other things, like juicing, improving TMJ, Rolfing, other parts of the IP, some of which have already produced great results.

Ok, on top of my priority list: Learn how to make IF2 and get going with the colon cleansing. - At the same time do all the other core cleanses mentioned above.

Coming back to my herbal Antibiotic + essential oils approach and by now probably getting on everybody's nerves ;)

Water, you wrote:

"I know you are focused on dosage/length of time/treatment. No one can give you an answer. Everybody and every situation is different."

As I said i have all the knowledge to do the cleanses properly and am already doing some of them. I feel safe doing the cleanses and also feel like they are/ will be effective.

On the other hand, I do not yet have the knowledge to feel safe using antibiotic herbs and essential oils. I am really just following the first doctor approach: Do no harm. And in order to do no harm I have to know the guidelines for using antibiotic herbs and essential oils correctly. I am not asking anybody to give me the perfect solution (right herbs, right dosages and right treatment duration), because, as you mentioned, water, that's just not possible. - I am only looking for guidelines in order to do no harm and in order to be effective.

What have I done so far in order to get the necessary info?

- Searched the internet for many months, which has unfotunately brought bad quality info
- Talked to people with experiences with herbal approaches for infections like MRSA on the phone
- Read an ebook about naturally fighting Staph infections
- I just today bought the book "Herbal Antibiotics " by Stephen Buhner
- Talked to a French naturopath specialized in the use of essential oils
- Asked many questions about Oregano Oil on barefoot's forum
- I have learned important things from Uny, like the effectiveness of Echinacea and garlic (and also Black-Walnut hull) for such infections. Both will be part of my antibiotic regimen. The kind of info that I got about Echinacea from Uny is the best info I have. I will feel completely safe taking it, I know my dosages and I know that I can take it for a long time. This is the kind of quality info that I would also like to have for some other antibiotic herbs
- After doing so much searching on essential oils, you have finally given me some very good info and I will also get the book.

I don't know why it is, but getting a picture of how the cleansing works was much easier for me than finding out about how to correctly use antibiotic herbs + essential oils. I listed all my questions, concerns in my original post.

It's just a matter of time until I know how to safely and effectively use the herbs and essential oils. - And I feel like I am slowly getting closer. -Especially with such a knowlegable + helpful person on essential oils like you, water. I will be waiting for the book and for whatever info you can give (especailly regarding the questions I asked here: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1680622#i

Water, let me give you an online-hug,
many healthy greetings,
Solmare
