Y, ya didn't mention the dry skin.  OH BROTHER do I understand.  As I began my journey, my feet and lower legs looked like alligator skin.  Flushing, taking unrefined, coldpressed, organic plant oils, using coconut oil as lotion and a dry skin brush (which quickly became my best friend) all helped.
