I have been of the mindset for some time that indeed OO/juice stones are produced during flushes. However, I do not believe those to be the only stones, or substances of importance released during a flush. Yes, it is possible that thru chemical reactions and temperatures, etc., that varies combinations may be produced during a flush, but ultimately, the release of the 'real' stones and built up chaff is likely to occur. Considering the size of bile ducts I believe that the small chippy stuff does as much blocking as the large stones, and I have physical improvements after flushing chaff, even more than when I flush stones, but that is just me.
