It may take several flushes to start moving the stones along. Unless you feel very ill after the flush you can, after the first flush, do them close together. You can look back through the posts and see various ways people dissolve/soften hard calcium stones- apple juice/malic acid, Gold Coin (I think), Hulda Clark 's herbs, bone crush herb which you could start now and continue using while flushing. I have done Clark's Liver Flush and taken a 2nd dose of grapefruit/olive oil before the 3rd Epsom Salts in the AM and done Liver Flushes every other day for 3 days.
