Hello,

I am currently doing the IP with Dr Schulze's products. I would like to put Uny's IF#1 &IF#2 in place of Dr. Schulze 's, and wondering which version you recommend? Whole flax or ground? Is it still true that ground flax is only fresh for a few days or this outdated info I have?

I have to say this is an amazing forum. Kudos to Uny and everyone on here!
