Yes, definitely I think fasting is the best solution for this. Prevention is key, and hopefully, also a permanent cure. I've been told that there's no cure for endometriosis but surgery, and hopefully I can prove them wrong.

The surgery itself wasn't bad, but the recovery and the medication was awful. I couldn't move an inch for two weeks, because the pain was excruciating, and the medication I was on was heavy-duty, also prescribed for prostate cancer patients. My personality changed completely (extreme mood swings). A long-time relationship ended after a few months. It was a very difficult time in my life and I don't wanna go through that again. I'm hoping this fast can help me.
