perhaps that "free" part should be highlighted more. I can see how that would get lost in all the posts... new people get spooked by the idea of spending $$$ when they are sick and broke from everything else they have tried. I know that was the case with me. If someone explained right up front that this could be tried, no strings attached, and no huge up front investment, it would remove one huge obstacle....
