Hi Lifebegins,

Just wanted to wish you well and give you some encouragement. You´re doing the right thing. Fasting is the best way of dealing with your endometriosis and cysts. 21 days is a longish fast, but it´s one day at a time. Every day you´re doing more good for your body, and mind come to that. As soon as you get past the hunger pangs, things should get a lot easier for you. Hang on in there.
