Day 1 is almost ending. It wasn't hard for me to avoid food today, no food temptations. I am not fond of meat/chicken, but I simply cannot resist vegetables and seafood. I broke my fast a couple of times because of mussels and an ethnic vegetable dish. Today there's only grilled meat, so I was lucky.

I had plenty of energy today but now I have this familiar headache on my right side. I will bear it.

Can't wait for day 2. And day 21 lol!
