Thanks guys I dont think that it is an injury in the past I have eaten alot of fatty foods and the reason why I think its a blockage in the arteries is cause I feel it more than usual when I eat mayonaise. Also when my sister massages the area, the left side of my chest, it relieves alot of the congestion and pain. Any ideas?
