Hi Ginger,

I did try a 4oz bottle of Soloman's Seal a few months ago, I had also done a bottle of the BF&C and the Herbal Calcium at the same time. I am not sure I noticed much of a difference, but you know how it is with me! So many factors, and hard to tell what is helping what.

I just ordered some lobelia from Uny. Gonna try that in emergencies along with the others I have started on.

ps..(I need to do a juice fast!!!!!!)
