Hi guys I know that this may not be relevant to the forum but there are many knowledgeable people here and I need goo advice. I get chest pains quiet often and i know that some people may attribute this to exercise but that isn't the problem - I am not supposed to be feeling these pains especially at my age (I'm in my late twenties). I don't really eat that many fatty foods barely any junk foods and fats except the good kind. What I do think is the problem is the build up of fat or whatever over the years restricting the arteries near my heart. I would like to know if anyone has a remedy in order to clear up whatever is blocking them - my guess would be fat. So guys please any method that could clear this up I would really appreciate it.
