yes fasting is certainly the best option. at first my sister planned to just leave them there since there was no noticeable swelling, but gradually she began loosing too much blood each month and her hemoglobin levels got dangerously low. it will be fascinating to hear that fasting succeeded in keeping them in check. great choice. keep us updated.
