I have Just a few more questions:

Should I not do a bowel cleanse in there somewhere?

If I don't have a gall-bladder, is the liver cleanse as indicated necessary (ie the epsom salts to open the bile duct, and the eating protocol to build up pressure). If I still should do it, what is something really really simple i have a weak stomach and gag at unpleasant tastes.

For the tea, can it be sent to Australia as I saw mentioned somewhere that The slippery Elm poweder cannot be shipped to aussie and we need to buy a substitute tea available here.


Also what kind of taste does the tea have? I am worried i won't be able to tolerate it.

Where you've written an "ounce of tea" is that an ounce of liquid or and ounce of the herbs. (I use metric so I am confused)

And still not allowed to send cloves?
