About the zinc though, I was partial to a bit of eczema when I was younger. This was usually confined to beneath my ear lobe and above my groin. Occasionally, I had it near my armpit. Apart from that I wouldn't really consider myself to have a skin problem. The itchy scalp doesn't present itself on the surface. It looks completely normal, it's more of an internal thing.

I've never heard of Borax as a topical treatment, could be interesting.

I've heard that Vitamin C and Iodine should be taken apart. I guess I'll have to take my own direction with that. Vitamin C convert's Iodine to Iodide right?. Is that something we want?.
I keep thinking that taking Vitamin C is just rendering the Iodine useless and that is why people take it when running into detox problems. Any thoughts on that?.
