Fastinganne, your message is very encouraging, it is easy to fall for the "I am too weak, eating will make me feel better" even though I realise that's part of the detoxing process...
I did fall for the trap and I broke my fast. I am glad I fasted until day 5 though. Congratulations on achieving such long fasts and thank you for your answer :)
