Hi, same thing happened to me! I ended my fast on the 3rd day, gave in to cravings and regretted it. This was a few days ago so I had planned to start my fast on Tuesday. My last meal was last night. Anyhow, today is also the start of my fast again. Glad I have someone attempting a fast the same day. I think we'll do fine this time :) Do you mind me asking if you're also in the U.S.? Just to see the time difference. Anyhow, keep me posted. Stay strong. Take care.
