i know it is something toxic because i know someone is puting some stuff in my food, and always when i eat from them i feel sick, my heart is pounding etc, i havethe symptoms of heart pain

i am scared to tell anybody because they will not beleive me but i know when i eat something or drink from that person i get sick

what to do
