I think everything you are eating is safe exept maybe the coconut milk, I personally found it to block my GLA production (noted by my symptoms). The glycerine in the supplement could be a problem too. I prefer to take supplements without it-Barleens has EPO without glycerine.
I think the nuts are ok even if they are processed in a facility that uses milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Be aware though that nuts are often heated to high temps so that they can be shelled easily. This means they are in essence "cooked" and therefor not as good as raw unshelled nuts. I dont eat many nuts so I am not sure if this would interefere with GLA production. Mostly its saturated fats, trans fats and high O3 - Ozone that inhibit GLA. Also asprin can inhibit GLA.
