I am sorry to hear about your vomiting and unpleasant reaction. I am afraid bana is forbidden when cleansing your liver according to Mrs Chang from Sensible Health(visit http://www.sensiblehealth.com). She says that tomatoes, banana, chocolate, icecream etc can be harmful for the liver especially while you are in the cleansing process.

So your reaction may have been caused by the simple banana you had.

Anyway, every flush is different and some tend to work better than othersa. Don´t give up, persistance counts a lot here.
