Yeah I think Tennessee will let you do it. I know either Kentucky or Tennessee does. I think most states do.

All states have the form, but not all will let you do this with it. The form is usually used for other things. One of which is for your house if you want to stop a possible foreclosure. Some auto dealers use them too. And probably lots of farmers.

No I haven't filed mine at the courthouse yet. I'm taking off a week from work starting this Wed. and I'm going to be doing quite a few things at the courthouse then. :-) I doubt they'll do anything. The clerks are pretty stupid here. I wanted to file a couple of affidavits for my last ticket and they didn't even know what affidavits were. I just told them to throw it in my folder and they did. The case was dismissed basically without me saying anything in court, based on them. It's probably going to be harder to file the other papers I want to file though, we'll see. And if it is too hard, I'll be doing the on line thing I talked about.

Yeah, you just have to remember your all caps name is a trust or transmitting utility and then act that way. And you are totally something different that those "laws" don't apply to unless you consent to them. They're the servents and you're the master and tell them the way things are.

Yeah just remember what T's post said about these contracts we enter under like a bank account. We enter those under threat which voids you being held under them. Plus remember they're in the all caps name, so you're just conducting commerce properly under the only system available to you. They have to give you a remedy for every solution and they haven't so who's at fault? Them.

For filling the form out, just go to the link and it will be a form showing how to fill it out. I was going to make my own version of the form, but said screw that.

Just make sure to do the same thing that's in the form. IF IT HAS ALL CAPS, then use ALL CAPS and use your current address. And If It Uses Upper And Lower Case, fill it out that way and use the PMB address. And spell out everything in the real person's seciotn. Don't use abbriviations.
And make sure to check those two boxes. The "NONE" box in the Debtors section and the "BAILEE/BAILOR" at the bottom of the first page.
Oh yeah make sure to have your real person's zip code (The PMB address) in brackets. [98366]
And since your spelled out state won't fit in the little state box they provide for your real person, put it in the city box along with the city. Just put a comma inbetween.
Mak sur 2 rechek evrything a copupl of tims 4 mitakes, untill u hav no dout its corect. Then change all the red text to black and print it.
