I haven't seen any unusual planes or helicopters, but I've stayed indoors as much as possible. I live about 20 miles from Homosassa, and I did see a Nalco truck at a local street corner, as well as a full hazmat team heading down USHWY 19, the main road that connects my area to Tampa and Homosassa.
That has been enough evidence for me.
Swift mud, which is a division of the epa, is crawling all over everyone about their drainage ditches, I just assumed it was more attempts at collecting revenue, but maybe there is another reason. (Increase the drainage, at least get the stuff away from peoples houses.) Of course the affected businesses and homeowners have to pay for it.
