hi Vidda!

just a very quick note from me --since I'm at the library and without a functional computer at home this summer. Nice to 'see' you. How to explain how a fast goes? I don't know. Not sure anyone does. Each one has its own 'laws' according to the multitudinous things the body sees fit to address.
I've done four i think, and each is different. Planning to do another soon, a longish one. Anyway, it sounds like yours has been going well. Your mind must be a good place.
