Hi Water,

I second what Solmare is saying, in that I would love to learn more as well about essential oils. I have takn on/off an oregano oil by the company Natural Factors for a couple of months, normally when I have felt like the yeast issue was getting bad. I was concerned that it may be wiping out my friendly bacteria, although I would mostly just take it for a week at a time, maybe 4 drops 2 or 3 times a day.

Is oil of oregano the same as oregano essential oil? Now I realize it may NOT be! Hmm...again, I'd love to learn more, and also if you have any articular brands you think are of good quality.
