Flushing can detox the system to the point where your body starts reversing damage beacuse it is not overwhelmed.

May I ask why do you think your heart is acting up, or suspect that it may be something other than your heart?

The reason I ask is because I had "heart" problems which in fact turned out to be connected with the liver. Would you tell me more about the symptoms your having, as far as the heart,etc ?
Your breath can be best helped by probiotics, as in Kefir, yoghurt, etc. It usually is coaused by the "bad" bacteria overgrowth in your intestines. I got some Kefir grains and make my own.
You're right: don't take meds, they only make matters (esp liver) worse. You can do it naturally.
There are answers, just gotta find them.
